We take the security of your data seriously. We conduct continuous activities aimed at protecting your information, including:

  • Using SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions.
  • Implementing strict access controls to our databases on Hetzner servers.
  • Utilizing Cloudflare’s advanced security protocols to prevent unauthorized access and DDoS attacks.

5. Sharing with Delivery & Payment Partners

  • Logistics (Local & International): To fulfill your delivery, we share the recipient's name, phone, and address with local couriers and international shipping services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Nova Poshta).
  • Payments: Fiat payments are processed by portmone.com.ua, and cryptocurrency payments by nowpayments.io. We do not store your full payment card details or private keys on our servers.

6. Data Retention Periods

We do not store your data longer than necessary for the purposes described:

  • Personal Details (Name, Email, Phone): We retain this information for 3 years from your last activity to provide "Quick Login" and auto-fill features.
  • Order & Transaction Records: We are legally required to store financial and order data for 7 years to comply with global tax and accounting laws.

  • Correction: To update or fix any inaccurate information.
